My interest in bike fitting began when I realized that over the years of cycling, my body had changed, but my bike had not—and that my position could be optimized. Utilizing my background in biomechanics, physiology, neurology and rehabilitation, I sought to take on this challenge. With just a few adjustments to my bike, I was able to resolve my discomfort issue, increase power output and improved my aerodynamics. It was at this moment that I realized the magnitude of positive performance and comfort that can be unlocked from small changes in riding position.
It is my goal to help clients realize their optimal riding position to maximize comfort, prevent injury, and increase performance.
